Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated 3 September 2026. English governs.

This page covers cancelling a plan and asking for your money back. It applies to both renewing plans and one-off purchases.

Cancelling

You can cancel a renewing plan at any time from Settings, without giving a reason and without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut your access short: you keep what you paid for until the end of the current term, and the date is shown on the page when you cancel.

A one-off purchase has no renewal to stop. It simply runs to the end of its term.

Refunds

If the service is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request. This applies to a first subscription payment, to a renewal, and to a one-off purchase alike.

After 14 days we do not refund the remainder of a term that is already running — cancelling stops the next charge instead. If something on our side went wrong, tell us anyway: a failure of the service is not a case for a policy.

One exception sits in the Terms of Service and is not limited by the 14 days: if we close your account without cause, the unused part of the term is refunded whenever that happens.

Where consumer law where you live gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law wins and nothing here limits it.

How to ask

Email contact@cseason.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment. Refunds are issued by Stripe, the merchant of record, back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days of approval, though how quickly it appears is up to your bank.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please write to us before asking your bank to reverse the payment — it is faster. A chargeback is decided between Stripe and your bank and takes far longer than a refund we can issue ourselves.
